About Us
Novel Healthcare Enterprise is established in January 2024 by a group of doctors specializing in surgery and orthopedics. Our team comprises nurses who are trained in the field of wound care and intensive care.
Acknowledging many patients’ limitation in knowledge, skills and support in managing chronic non-healing wounds that require special attention and regular dressing, we provide professional wound assessment and door-step wound care service around Klang Valley.
Our Service
Basic & advanced wound dressing
Using modern dressing techniques, we treat a variety of chronic wounds:
• Diabetic foot ulcer
• Vascular ulcer
• Pressure sore
• Surgical wound
Minor wound debridement
We perform minor mechanical wound debridement or desloughing for infected chronic wounds
Urinary & feeding tube change
We change urinary catheter (CBD) in a strictly sterile manner and change feeding tube (NG tube) guided by gastric auscultation to ensure correct placement
Chest physiotherapy & sputum suction
Our nurses are trained in the field of intensive nursing care and are well-versed in chest physiotherapy and sputum suction for patients who are bed-bound or on tracheostomy
Stoma bag change
We change stoma bag for patients who underwent ileostomy or colostomy

- Inclusive of wound assessment by specialized wound nurse

- Modern dressing items are to be purchased if indicated, such as but not limited to, dermacyn, jelonet, foam, gel, aquacel
- Mileage is FOC if <5km from Jaya One PJ
Complex Wound - >2 wounds OR >5cm*5cm

- RM435 / 5 Sessions
- RM850 / 10 Sessions
